Roles & Responsibilities Job Description The Brand and PR Senior Manager is responsible for leading the company’s branding, communication, and reputation management initiatives. This role drives consistent brand messaging and enhances the company’s visibility and influence across global markets. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute global brand positioning and communication strategies. Plan and manage PR campaigns, media relations, and crisis communication. Lead brand storytelling initiatives to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to strengthen brand visibility. Monitor brand perception, media coverage, and public sentiment, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Manage PR agencies and communication budgets to support business goals. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years of experience in brand management or public relations, preferably in multinational or B2B environments. Strong cross-cultural communication and media management skills. Strategic thinker with proven experience in corporate branding and reputation management. Excellent command of written and spoken English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for regional communications.
