Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth by securing sponsorship and exhibition deals for high-profile industry events. Engage with senior decision-makers (C-level executives, Business Development Heads, and Marketing Leaders) to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions. Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in the biopharma and life sciences sectors. Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities and keep our events at the cutting edge. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production, and operations) to ensure seamless event execution. Attend global conferences and networking events to build relationships and represent our brand. Qualifications Proven success in B2B sales (at least 3 to 5 years, experience in conferences, events, or media is a huge plus). Passion for biopharma and life sciences, curiosity and enthusiasm for the industry will set you apart. A fearless and proactive sales approach, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love exceeding targets. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, you know how to build rapport and close deals. A results-driven mindset, you're ambitious and motivated by hitting and surpassing goals.
