Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business process improvement and innovation, leveraging best practices and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in program management, preferably within the IT or consulting industries.
  • Proven track record of leading complex programs, driving strategic change, and achieving business outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP, and experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Mulesoft would be advantageous.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
