Your Responsibilities Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and revenue growth. Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to client enquiries promptly. Achieve assigned sales targets. Identify opportunities and develop strategies to expand sales. Undertake other duties as assigned by management. Your Profile / Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in Economics, Finance, Business, or related fields is advantageous. 1-2 years of experience in a service-oriented or client-facing role; prior experience in the financial industry is an advantage but not essential. Proactive, hands-on, and self-motivated, with a strong drive for success and continuous improvement. Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities. Independent thinker with the agility to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. Eager to learn, with a positive and professional attitude. Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
