Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable software applications using modern technology stacks.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop well-structured enterprise applications on commercial cloud platforms.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end IT services that adopt a DevSecOps culture and practices.
- Collaborate with fellow developers, technical leads, product owners, and scrum masters to iteratively deliver IT solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop expertise in solution design, CI/CD pipeline configurations, frontend and backend development, and test automation.
- Stay adaptable and thrive in dealing with uncertainties.
- Articulate software problems and proposed solutions clearly.
Requirements
- Experience in building scalable products with a demonstrated ability in designing and developing well-structured enterprise applications on commercial cloud platforms.
- Adept skillsets in modern web application technology stacks, including Spring, FastAPI, Django, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience in development and deployment on commercial cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of containerisation technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to infrastructure provision tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Understanding of DevSecOps and CI/CD concepts with experience in relevant CI technologies like Git, Jenkins, and Bamboo.
- Practised Test-Driven Development with automated testing.
