
Logistics and Customer Service Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Logistics and Customer Service Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels across multiple locations using Shopify, WMS, and Excel.
- Develop and implement demand and supply planning strategies to forecast stock levels and restock with suppliers.
- Plan and coordinate logistics for events and promotions.
- Oversee the management of delivery drivers and ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.
- Process and manage insurance claims for missing or damaged parcels.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and shipping partners.
- Negotiate best pricing and commercial terms with partners.
- Lead logistics improvement projects to expand new offerings to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels including Shopify Chat, Emails, and WhatsApp Business.
- Liaise with team members to resolve customer queries and provide support.
- Continuously improve SOPs and automated responses to enhance customer experience.
This role requires a fun-loving, open-minded, and curious individual with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Mandarin (spoken and written) is an asset.
