Roles & Responsibilities The Client is a global aerospace company. Responsibilities: Initiate and develop new repair methods for aero-engine components. Create and uphold work instructions for repairing aero-engine components. Conduct tooling design. Ensure adherence to OEM technical data and regulatory standards. Handle process certification, conduct root cause analysis, and enhance process robustness and efficiency. Lead and mentor the production team in repair development. Engage in and support ongoing improvement initiatives. Juggle various engineering-related responsibilities as needed. Abide by all company policies and safety regulations. Requirements: Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aeronautical Engineering is required. At least 5 years of experience in an aerospace repair and overhaul setting. Familiarity with repair processes like Welding (TIG/EBW), Thermal Spray, Heat Treatment, Brazing, High Pressure Water Jet Stripping, Chemical Cleaning, Shot Peening, Machining, etc., will be advantageous. Highly motivated professional capable of working within a cross-functional team.
