GEAESS is our largest site for engine component Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), responsible for more than 60% of our global repair volume. Role Overview: Installation and commissioning of Automatic & Robotics machines in GE Aviation facilities Work with team to drive continuous improvement of machines and product processes in terms of accuracy, cycle time reduction & reliability. Modify FANUC robot TP programs. Setup new products on existing machines Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues implement solutions. Conduct user training in the shop floors. The Ideal Candidate: 2-3 years of relevant hands-on work experience, experience & knowledge in MRO Component Repair process. Required Qualifications: At least an accredited Diploma in Mechatronics or related engineering discipline. Higher NITEC holders with 2-3 years relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skills MUST be hands-on and work along with all levels Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Strong problem-solving skills Responsible, accountability and dependable of good work Team player; able to work across functions and coordinate actions with different departments Good time management and strong organizational skills, with ability to multi-task to meet deadlines and customer needs.
