Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Structure and develop methodologies and best practices for exploration, proof of concept / technology and pilots of digital tools, platforms and technologies. Develop GenerativeAI business in Global Operations: identify key use cases, create a strategy & roadmap for growth with the BI Center of Excellence. Lead digital exploration initiatives from idea to ROI. Foster a culture of creativity and innovation. Implement and integrate new ideas effectively into the organization. Collaborate across departments to generate and execute innovative ideas. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and external partners. Conduct market research and industry benchmarking to stay ahead of trends. Communicate progress and results to senior leadership. Engage in meetings and discussions with global Operations teams, managing different time zones. Travel up to 30% as required. Minimum Qualifications Master's degree with 6 years of related experience or Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience. Experience in driving GenerativeAI programs. Proven leadership in digital innovation, POC/PILOT projects. Experience in developing methodologies and best practices. Experience in market research and benchmarking. Good knowledge of Operations processes and digital systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills, including to executive teams.
