As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Perform full set of accounting.
Ensure the timely and accurate closure of monthly financial accounts, along with the preparation of financial reports and schedules.
Conduct cash flow forecasting and monitoring.
Collaborate with the leasing department to review tenancy contract details.
Perform credit assessments of tenants.
Coordinate with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) on property tax and stamp duty matters.
Work closely with external auditors, tax agents, and bankers.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Accounting or relevant education.
Working experience with SAP system.
