Job Title: Construction Quality Control Specialist

The primary function of this role is to develop and implement effective quality control systems across multiple construction projects.

  • Establish and oversee the implementation of in-process quality control systems to ensure consistency and compliance with established standards.
  • Promote and adopt best practices in quality control to ensure readiness and adherence to quality standards.
  • Lead project teams in preparing and executing quality management assessments, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

In addition, the role involves:

  • Conducting regular QA/QC inspections to ensure site compliance with quality standards.
  • Preparing and submitting regular QA/QC reports to the corporate department.
  • Providing monthly training sessions for subcontractors on quality standards and best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in architectural or structural disciplines and at least 5 years' experience as a Construction Quality Control Specialist or Assistant with an A1-grade main building contractor.

The following skills and qualifications are required:

  • BCA-Approved CONQUAS Manager and Quality Mark Certificate.
  • Experience in handling Quality Mark assessments or certification processes is desirable.
  • Thorough understanding of construction quality control and assurance practices.
