Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be able to build trust and rapport with our clients.

The Customer Service Representative will handle customer enquiries, class registrations, and payments with attention to detail. They will provide proactive problem-solving and issue resolution, assisting with day-to-day operations and administration to ensure smooth and efficient branch function.

The successful candidate will promote our mission and values, acting as a brand ambassador for our services. They will ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive data (e.g., student records, payments).

We strive for customer satisfaction, building strong relationships for increased retention and loyalty.

Job Requirements

  • A strong communication skillset, with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally, empathetically, and with responsiveness.
  • The ability to work a fixed schedule, with occasional flexibility depending on operational needs.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented in handling tasks and resolving issues.
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or administration is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM System for administrative tasks is required.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate ethical conduct in handling sensitive information.
