SUMMARY Re:wild is in a position to build a robust, strategic conservation program for Asia, fostering new partnerships, scaling existing relationships, tapping into new funding streams, and expanding the scope and scale of our impact across the continent. The Asia Program Manager will assist in growing and managing this regional program in alignment with Re:wild's Strategic Plan under the supervision and guidance of the Asia Director. The Asia Program Manager is a technical person with background experience in species and habitat conservation that can support the regional program to grow and ensure quality of delivery and facilitate support to partners. The role performs a range of functions: Supports the Asia Director in developing the regional program, co-designing new initiatives, supporting in all aspects of fundraising from face‐to‐face meetings with donors, to creating content and finalizing concepts and funding proposals. Uses their technical, communication, and management skills to contribute to partners' capacity to deliver, plus supports country and regional strategy design and roll‐out. Supports ongoing identification of new donors and building and maintaining relationships with them, in collaboration with Philanthropy team. Supports advocacy in collaboration with Re:wild communications team and working with government agencies and non‐government partners to find solutions to regional conservation challenges. Plays an active role in any coalitions and 'circles' that Re:wild is a member of or is leading. Is a key contributor to Re:wild's Asia regional team and is part of regional strategy meetings. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Partnership development and management Assist in identification of partner organizations and collaborators appropriate or necessary to engage for delivery of program/project goals Foster strong collaborative relationships with project partners, including grantees, project advisors, and other collaborators through regular communication and in‐person meetings when necessary Strengthen the capacity of partners and projects by, inter alia, identifying and pursuing opportunities for strategic collaboration, joint‐fundraising, knowledge
