Accounts Executive, AR/AP (5 months Contract, Town, up to $4000)
Job Description:
4 - 5 months contract (cover maternity)
Location: Bugis
Up to $4000 basic (with completion bonus and staff benefits)
Role and Responsibilities
In charge of handling accounts in different entities cash and credit accounts
Send Statement of Accounts (SOA) to the customers to ensure timely payments
Perform and check AR/AP offset for cash and credit term customers
Prepare AR aging report for month end and every 15th of the month using the template provided by HQ Finance
Prepare SOC Cash and Credit Term PowerPoint Slides for monthly Debtor's Meeting
Weekly update remarks on the payment status for Cash term customers
Follow up on Remittance and Bank Charges
Audit confirmation on the balance due from customer and send back the signed confirmation for audit purpose
Provide the SOA reconciliation if amount is different
Job Requirements:
CAT or Diploma in Accounting
3 years of working experience in AR and AP
Preferably in Shipping or Logistics industry
Able to start work in February
Good in Excel
