About the company:
An established insurance organisation with a strong focus on innovation and customer value is hiring a Senior Manager, Product Development to lead the design and delivery of future-ready life and health solutions in a dynamic, fast-evolving market.
About the Role:
As part of the product team, you'll lead key initiatives to design, enhance, and launch insurance offerings that address changing customer needs and market conditions. Working across teams including marketing, actuarial, compliance, and distribution, you'll ensure that products are both innovative and executable.
Qualifications:
At least 10 years of experience in the insurance sector, specifically in life and health product development. You should ne well-versed in Singapore's insurance industry regulations and product landscape, with a proven track record in managing full-cycle product initiatives and working with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with a collaborative and results-oriented mindset. In order to succeed, you should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
