The Opportunity
We're seeking a Senior Sales & Marketing Lead who is hands-on, thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and can propel Rebel and Soul to new heights. What You'll Do
Sales Leadership
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth across our events and marketing services
Build and nurture relationships with key clients, from initial prospecting through long-term partnership development
Identify new business opportunities and market segments in Singapore and across Asia
Lead client presentations and negotiations, delivering proposals that wow and win
Collaborate with creative and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences
Demonstrate results in outbound prospecting, designing sequences, writing short/medium-form content, and using LinkedIn for business development
Maintain accurate tracking of sales activities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Create and implement innovative marketing strategies that elevate the Rebel and Soul brand
Develop compelling content and campaigns to showcase our approach and capabilities
Manage our digital presence across multiple channels and seek fresh ways to engage the audience
Plan and execute our own events and activations to demonstrate expertise and attract new clients
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify differentiation opportunities
Business Development & Growth
Collaborate with leadership to shape growth strategy and expansion plans
Establish strategic partnerships that complement and enhance services
Contribute to pricing strategies, service development, and operational improvements
Mentor and support junior team members as we scale
Represent Rebel and Soul at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
5+ years of sales and marketing experience in events, experiential marketing, or related creative industries
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Experience in Asia (Singapore preferred) or willingness to relocate and immerse in the local market
Client relationship management with enterprise and mid-market clients
Strong communication and presentation skills to convert cold leads
Digital marketing proficiency across multiple channels and platforms, including analytics and AI tools
Understanding of event budgets to identify worthwhile leads and briefs
