Machine Setup and Maintenance Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining complex machines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have experience in machine setup, module alignment, vision alignment/calibration, and machine checkout. Strong technical skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Setup and maintain machines to meet customer specifications
  • Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent equipment downtime
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials
  • Provide on-site support as needed

Requirements:

  • NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Engineering
  • At least 2-3 years of automation machine experience in semiconductor industries
  • Proficiency in machinery automation, including electrical, servo, sensor, and pneumatic systems
  • Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings
  • Experience in mechanical alignment, motor tuning, or vision systems is a plus
