Machine Maintenance and Repair Technician Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Maintenance and Repair Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of machinery and equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection.
  • Repair and replace faulty or damaged parts, and perform welding and fabrication as needed.
  • Install new equipment and machinery, and ensure proper setup and testing.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks and projects.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in machine maintenance and repair.
  • Higher NITEC/NTC2 (electrical, electronic, mechanical or mechatronics) with 2 years' relevant experience or equivalent; or ITC or Diploma (electrical, electronic, mechanical or mechatronics); or Diploma (electrical, electronic, mechanical or mechatronics).
  • Able to read and understand manufacturing operation sheets and standard operation procedures in English.
  • Versatile in electrical, electronic, and mechanical engineering, with knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and workshop skills.
