You will be responsible for:
Executing mise-en-place efficiently, including ingredient setup and workstation care.
Preparing a wide range of ingredients to the highest standards of taste and presentation.
Monitoring inventory and quality, and placing orders for shortages.
Ensuring food safety regulations are followed for safe and sanitary food preparation and storage.
