Overview We’re partnering with a leading international financial institution that provides loans, investments, and funding to major industrial and infrastructure projects across Asia. They are expanding their Singapore team and seeking an experienced Syndication & Investment Manager to help drive new financing opportunities and manage investment portfolios. About the Role This is a rare opportunity to be part of a highly respected institution that combines corporate lending, syndicated financing, and fund investment management under one platform. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across Asia to originate, structure, and execute cross-border transactions — while also evaluating and managing private fund investments. Responsibilities Originate and structure financing opportunities across diverse sectors (infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, etc.) Conduct credit and financial due diligence for loan and investment proposals Manage the execution and monitoring of syndicated loans, including documentation and coordination with partner banks Evaluate new fund investment opportunities and monitor ongoing portfolio performance Support liquidity planning and treasury functions to optimize portfolio performance Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline; CFA/CPA a plus 5–7 years’ experience in investment banking, project finance, or structured lending Strong understanding of syndicated loan operations and fund investment processes Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and stakeholder management skills Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic, cross-border environment Why Join Exposure to both credit and investment sides of the business Opportunity to work on high-impact, cross-border financing projects Collaborative and professional working environment with regional visibility #J-18808-Ljbffr
