We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a bartender. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a close-knit team in one of the oldest craft cocktail bars in Singapore.

As a bartender, you will need to be quick on your feet and able to think creatively. You will be responsible for creating cocktails, making drinks, interacting with guests, taking orders, serving and explaining food, setting up the bar, cleaning and closing the bar, prepping work for ingredients, inventory, handling and closing bills.

The working hours are 4pm to midnight on weekdays and 4pm to 1am on Fridays and Saturdays. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, which includes:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating unique cocktails and drink menus
  • Making drinks efficiently and to high standards
  • Providing excellent customer service and interacting with guests
  • Taking orders and serving food and drinks
  • Setting up and maintaining the bar area
  • Cleaning and closing the bar
  • Preparing ingredients and managing inventory
  • Handling and closing bills
