You'll own the user‐facing layer of an AI‐native platform used by academics, creators, and professionals around the world building seamless, high‐performance interfaces that make complex capabilities feel effortless. What You'll Do Design, build, and maintain modern, responsive web applications with exceptional UX and performance. Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders to bring concepts to life. Use AI tools to accelerate your development speed, test ideas, and enhance user experience. Continuously ship from prototypes to polished releases and share progress daily with your team. Troubleshoot, optimize, and scale production systems for reliability and speed. Contribute to a writing‐first culture: document your work clearly for a fully remote, async team. What We're Looking For Deep experience with modern frontend frameworks ReactJS, NextJS, and TypeScript are essential. A passion for crafting intuitive, elegant, and fast user experiences. Comfortable working in a startup environment: adaptable, self‐directed, and proactive. Excellent communication skills for async collaboration (Slack, Notion, code reviews). Bonus: familiarity with Firebase, YJs, Tiptap, or Rust , or experience bridging frontend and backend systems.
