About the Team The Boss Middle Platform serves as our company's operational management platform, providing fundamental support for OKX's various business lines. It includes capabilities such as the business gateway, IAM (Identity and Access Management), efficiency components, and security defense, thereby enhancing the operational management efficiency of vertical business teams. What You'll Be Doing Develop and optimize capabilities for the in-house universal business operation management system (Boss Middle Platform), such as access control, data leakage control, and security enhancement. Participate in building the operational efficiency platform from scratch, proactively understand the pain points of other business teams, and design universal technical solutions to improve the company's overall operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Customer Service Agents to drive innovation and execution. Help the team continuously deliver reasonable tech design, high availability and high-performance distributed services. Improve the team's work efficiency and maintain good agile practices. What We Look For In You Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics. Hands-on experience in Microservice/API development using Java/SpringBoot/SpringCloud. Strong knowledge of multi-threading and distributed architecture, and understanding of messaging frameworks such as Kafka. Proven leadership in managing technical teams and delivering complex systems with a focus on fraud prevention and risk mitigation. Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills. Bilingual is highly preferred (Mandarin and English) as the team will be working with stakeholders in different regions.
