About the Team The Boss Middle Platform serves as our company's operational management platform, providing fundamental support for OKX's various business lines. It includes capabilities such as the business gateway, IAM (Identity and Access Management), efficiency components, and security defense, thereby enhancing the operational management efficiency of vertical business teams. What You'll Be Doing Develop and optimize capabilities for the inhouse universal business operation management system (Boss Middle Platform), such as access control, data leakage control, and security enhancementParticipate in building the operational efficiency platform from scratch, proactively understand the pain points of other business teams, and design universal technical solutions to improve the company's overall operational efficiencyCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Customer Service Agents to drive innovation and executionHelp the team continuously deliver reasonable tech design , high availability and high-performance distributed servicesImprove the team's work efficiency and keep good agile practices of it What We Look For In You Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or MathematicsHands-on experience in Microservice/API development using Java/SpringBoot/SpringCloudStrong knowledge of multi-threading and distributed architecture, and understanding of messaging frameworks such as KafkaProven leadership in managing technical teams and delivering complex systems with a focus on fraud prevention and risk mitigationExcellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skillsBilingual is highly preferred (Mandarin and English) as the team will be working with stakeholders in different regions Perks & Benefits Competitive total compensation packageL&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and developmentVarious team building programs and company eventsWellness and meal allowancesComprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependantsMore that we love to tell you along the process#J-18808-Ljbffr
