As we continue to expand our team, we are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and grow our talented engineering team.Job Summary: As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the engineering team, driving technical excellence, and ensuring the successful execution of engineering projects. You will manage a team of engineers, guide their career development, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for mentoring and building high-performing teams.Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of engineers, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture. Drive the technical direction of projects, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions are delivered on time. Collaborate with product management, design, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives. Develop and maintain engineering processes to improve productivity, quality, and scalability. Provide hands-on technical leadership, including code reviews, architecture design, and solving complex engineering challenges. Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and career development for engineers. Lead the team in continuous learning and the adoption of best practices in software development, testing, and deployment. Monitor and report on team performance, project progress, and technical milestones to senior leadership. Identify areas for process improvement, technical debt reduction, and automation to enhance team efficiency and product quality. Qualifications: Post-Secondary Diploma
