Roles & Responsibilities Work with doctor and clinic staff to ensure smooth-running of the clinics' daily operations Cover all clinic duties. Perform front desk duties such as attending to patient's registration, answering phone-calls for appointments and enquiries. Managing third party insurance claims, Medisave claims and Medishield claims. Support Doctor during consultations and minor procedures, chaperone when required; assist within competency. Prepare consultation rooms, check equipment and consumables; uphold cleanliness and infection-prevention standards. Dispense medications in accordance with clinic guidelines, policies and procedures. Uphold high standard of service quality and patient safety. Perform any other duties to be assigned by the doctor. Job Requirements: Experienced in Plato is a must. Experienced in helping patients in insurance claims. 2 years' of relevant working experience as a clinic assistant. Seeking a Chinese-speaking clinic assistant to provide translation support for patients. Excellent customer-service mindset.
