Assistant Lead Analyst

Position Overview The Associate Business Analyst provides analytical support for the development of technology solutions that meet business needs. He/She partners with stakeholders to identify, clarify, and document business requirements. He/She assists with the assessment of the viability and effectiveness of solution options that can meet business needs and facilitates communication between business and technology teams. He/She has a passion for learning, is comfortable exploring and analysing data, and adopts a structured and systematic approach to analysing business processes and solving problems. Role & Responsibilities Business Analysis Planning & Strategy Assist the BA leads in the planning of business analysis approach by defining the methods, techniques and tools to be used for business analysis Prepare governance deliverables to track status, risks, changes and issues pertaining to day‐to‐day management of all functional areas of system/data product analysis Contribute in the preparation of the stakeholder communication plan Requirements Analysis & Design Liaise with internal and/or external stakeholders to identify system/data products requirements Provide analysis to support the development of business cases Support user requirement analysis through information collection Support the analysis of business requirements and feasibility studies of possible solutions Prepare requirements specifications and solution proposals Contribute to the identification of a range of solution options Requirements Lifecycle Management Prepare Requirements Traceability Matrix Collaborate with developers to ensure requirements are incorporated into system design and implementation Function as the liaison between users and technical staff throughout the solution implementation cycle Contribute to identification of solution change risks Prepare training materials and conduct user training to facilitate adoption of new systems, where necessary Facilitate System Integration Testing by coordinating the development teams of various integrations Work with relevant stakeholders on user acceptance testing Validate test results ensuring they are in alignment with the requirements and achieving desired outcomes Support the development of test cases and test data, where necessary Carry out testing including SIT, UAT, pre‐go live and post‐go live testing to ensure that the IT solution is built in accordance to the requirements, where necessary Solution Evaluation Assist in the assessment of solution options for suitability Contribute in the formulation of solution recommendation Evaluate the ability of an existing system/data products to support proposed changes Requirements Relevant Bachelor Degree in IT Adaptability/flexibility with respect to changing end‐user business needs Critical thinking and willingness to see things in an open‐minded way and examine an idea or concept from as many angles as possible Dependability and willingness to take ownership of work activities and ensure that they are completed in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner Initiative to recognize assignments or tasks that need to be completed, to seek out additional assignments or tasks, and to help others Interpersonal skills, particularly within the user group with which they will work to facilitate decisions and find solutions even amidst disagreeing stakeholders The ability to communicate information clearly and concisely with project leadership and subject matter experts Willingness to learn new software and systems Listening attentively to ensure that the intended message has been accurately received, holding responses until the person has finished making their point, and repeating information to ensure accuracy Seeking, logically examining, and interpreting information from different sources to determine a problem's cause and developing a course of action to resolve the problem and to prevent its recurrence Apply Now NOTE: It only takes a few minutes to apply for a meaningful career in HealthTech - GO FOR ITSeniority level Entry level Employment type Full‐time Job function Information Technology IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Synapxe by 2x Get notified about new Information Technology Business Analyst jobs in Singapore, Singapore. #J-18808-Ljbffr
