We are seeking an experienced
Resident Technical Officer (RTO) – Civil & Structural
to join our client's team in Singapore. This role is ideal for professionals with proven hands-on experience in construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor site works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality, and safety requirements.
Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on work progress and workmanship.
Ensure adherence to relevant authorities' regulations and safety standards.
Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues promptly.
Perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the
Building Control Act .
Supervise timely execution of works, maintain quality control, and ensure alignment with contract specifications, drawings, project timelines, and site instructions.
Job Requirements
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Singapore.
Must be a
Registered Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with IES/ACES.
Strong knowledge of Civil & Structural construction methods, codes, and standards.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willing and able to perform shift work.
Open to candidates who are ready to
relocate to Singapore.
