Job Opportunity: Relationship Manager

This is an exciting role for a skilled and results-driven individual to support the association in managing member relationships, planning and executing events, and developing strategies to attract and retain members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning and Execution:
    • Coordinate logistics, delegations, and business matching activities for SACEOS' flagship events.
  • Member Recruitment and Retention:
    • Develop targeted initiatives and resources to drive member satisfaction and retention.
  • Member Connect Activities:
    • Organise regular networking sessions and workshops to facilitate knowledge sharing among members.
  • Membership Administration:
    • Administer membership fee collection and database management.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education with at least 3 years of experience in related fields.
  • Prior experience in event organisation and relationship management.
  • Strong operation and execution skills, as well as interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
