**Community Engagement Specialist**

As a seasoned community engagement specialist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering meaningful connections between our organization and the wider community. Your expertise in volunteer management, stakeholder partnerships, and community outreach will enable us to deliver impactful projects that drive positive change.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and implement comprehensive community engagement strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Recruit, train, and retain volunteers to support various initiatives and events.
• Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, schools, and businesses to leverage resources and expertise.
• Coordinate community events, campaigns, and activities that promote social responsibility and awareness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and manage communication strategies that support community engagement initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community engagement programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
• Provide secretariat support for meetings and prepare reports to ensure seamless project execution.

**Requirements:**
• A minimum of GCE O Levels and above.
• Preference given to candidates with advanced qualifications in community and social services.
