Responsibilities Advise on SEC compliance, securities laws, and reporting requirements. Support U.S. regulatory filings (SEC, Nasdaq, state authorities), including occasional post-market (EST) submissions. Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements and disclosures. Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation. Provide support on tax-related legal matters. Contribute to M&A and strategic transactions from a legal perspective. Requirements Law degree and licensed to practice. 5-7 years of legal experience in corporate law or securities regulation. Strong knowledge of SEC regulations and corporate governance. Exposure to tax law and planning is a plus. Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
