Job Description:

A dynamic opportunity exists for a seasoned culinary professional to join our team as a Culinary Innovation Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of food manufacturing processes and a proven track record in recipe development and culinary innovation.

As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for developing new recipes and refining taste profiles through experimentation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating new product recipes and ingredient selection while considering nutrition, shelf life, and regulatory requirements.
  • Confirming product formulations and specifications, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Conducting sensory tests and panel sessions to evaluate product performance and gather feedback.
  • Reviewing ingredients and suppliers to meet customer needs and requirements.
  • Monitoring and maintaining product quality and food safety systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in F&B, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Culinary-related certifications or diploma preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in cost management and production efficiency strategies.
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality hygiene systems.
