The Search E-Commerce team is responsible for building a world-class search engine to provide the best e-commerce experience for over 1 billion monthly TikTok users. We use cutting-edge technology, including state-of-the-art machine learning and NLP, to optimize query analysis and text relevance matching.
Our goal is to create a seamless shopping experience from browsing to after-sales. We are looking for talented individuals to join us in this exciting journey and co-create a future driven by innovation and inspiration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- PhD with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Excellent coding skills and solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex data and identify key insights.
