Restaurant Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and solid experience in managing food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership, training, and management of staff to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Monitoring of food and beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
  • Management of inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability.
  • Addressing customer feedback and resolving complaints professionally.
  • Planning of staff schedules and ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Collaboration with the kitchen and service teams to improve menu offerings and promotions.
  • Ensurance of compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Analysis of sales reports and implementation of strategies to increase revenue and control costs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role (minimum 3 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and customer service standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress effectively.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and basic financial reporting.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
