HARTING Technology Group invites applications for the Field Sales Engineer (Thailand)position. Work location: Thailand – Bangkok Job function: Field Sales; Job family: Sales; Reporting to: Managing Director / General Manager / Sales Director Functional Objectives Develop and grow both existing and new business aligning to monthly/annual targets. Contribute to HARTING's long‐term growth expectations with strong profitable sales growth in Thailand. Input and regularly maintain forecast information for the area of responsibility. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow the business within Thailand with existing and new customers for the complete range of HARTING products and solutions. Develop plans to acquire new customers or clients through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business‐to‐business marketing visits. Manage and sustain the sales funnel. Develop system solutions with the customer, including all HARTING products and services, and the use of third‐party products. Lead professional project management (internal and external) and coordinate key customers. Monitor, communicate, and regularly report on competitor activity within markets and customers. Ensure CRM for the area of responsibility is fully maintained at all times. Develop business with local distribution/agent networks. Coordinate technical support for distribution/agents in conjunction with the product managers / product specialists. Implement and maintain all contract and purchase agreements for the area. Demonstrate convincing technical and commercial arguments when negotiating contracts with customers. Share product, application, and market knowledge to aid the development of the total company. Ensure customer complaints are progressed to the appropriate internal department and outcomes communicated in a timely manner. Qualifications Degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Technology, or Mechatronics. Previous experience in solution selling, complex sales, or applications within a similar industry. Project Management experience. Channel management experience. Excellent communication and social skills. Good English knowledge (written and verbal). PC skills (MS Office, Internet) and business reporting and CRM tools. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Benefits: Social Insurance coverage (APAC)#J-18808-Ljbffr
