The programme office is hosted by the National University of Singapore (NUS) and brings together all Singapore-based research institutions and the vibrant ecosystem of AI start-ups and companies developing AI products to perform use-inspired research, grow the knowledge, create the tools, and develop the talent to power Singapore's AI efforts. We are looking for an experienced enthusiastic and meticulous individual to augment the manpower in our administrations team. The incumbent will report to the grant administrator lead and will be a critical member in managing and supporting the functions for the efficient administration of our AISG Grants. If you are a resourceful and motivated individual who are passionate about creating social and economic impacts, you are welcome to join usDuties and Responsibilities To support the management and administration of all AI Singapore programmes such as 100 Experiments, Research Programme, Kickstarter, Grand Challenge, Technology Challenge and corresponding projects. Duties include but not limited to: Management of AI Singapore Funding Programmes and Research Project Grants: Assist in scoping and document preparation for AI Singapore programme grant call. Disseminate grant calls and coordinate submission of applications. Coordinate the reviews for applications and coordinate Scientific Committee meetings. Manage the preparation and finalisation of grant award letters, agreements and/or terms & conditions. Follow-up with host institution regarding official acceptance and WBS
