Reporting to the Vice President - Sales & Marketing, this role will play a key part in supporting our hotels across the region, driving strategic initiatives, and amplifying our brand presence across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities include the below:
Social Media
Manage and grow the corporate social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity.
Provide strategic guidance and regular performance reviews to hotels for their social media content and campaigns.
Identify and pursue collaborations with relevant digital platforms and KOLs to increase brand awareness and generate engaging content.
Coordinate and host media/KOL visits to hotels, ensuring positive brand representation and impactful coverage.
Oversee Chinese-market social media strategy in partnership with an appointed agency.
CRM
Support CRM initiatives at the corporate and hotel level, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
Work closely with hotel teams to review and optimise their email marketing activities.
Manage the corporate CRM account, driving content strategy, guest engagement and tactical campaigns.
Joint Partnerships & Promotions
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing partners for ongoing joint promotions.
Proactively seek and evaluate new partnership opportunities to drive awareness and revenue for hotels.
General Marketing Support
Assist the Director of Digital Marketing in broader digital initiatives and campaigns as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality or lifestyle sectors.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and CRM strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational, project management, and time management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across different stakeholders.
Collaborative team player with a people-first mindset; able to build relationships across cultures and functions.
Ability to travel occasionally for work.
