Regional Contract Logistics Solutions Specialist Job Description

  • Design and implement customized logistics solutions for clients across Asia, delivering operational efficiency and strategic value.

Key duties include reviewing tender documents related to warehousing, transportation, and value-added services to evaluate client requirements and operational needs. Develop end-to-end operational models and conduct detailed resource planning in areas such as space utilization, facility layout, MHE (material handling equipment), and workforce planning (FTE). Work closely with local partners, sourcing and managing relationships to ensure regional capabilities are aligned with project needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in 3PL solution design or logistics engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of the Asia regional 3PL logistics market, including geographic, industry, and commercial dynamics.
  • Established network of local functional partners, especially in specialized areas such as cold-chain logistics, free zones, and DG (dangerous goods) operations.
  • Strategic thinking, strong technical logistics expertise, and a solid presence in the regional supply chain ecosystem.
