Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Solutions Expert to prepare technical and commercial proposals for clients in Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop tailored technical solutions to meet client needs.
  • Support technical discussions with Japanese customers, coordinating between clients, agents, and internal engineering teams.
  • Assist with product specifications, compliance paperwork, and application data.
  • Provide pre-sales technical clarifications and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with local and global engineering teams to ensure accurate and timely submissions.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in Japanese to liaise with Japanese clients.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 1–5 years' experience in application engineering, technical support, or pre-sales within industrial/technical sectors.
  • Exposure to industrial machinery, equipment, or process systems is preferred.
  • Willingsness to travel internationally, especially to Japan.
