Key Responsibilities

Tech Service & Support

  • Install, commission and validate laboratory equipment on-site.
  • Perform maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting for advanced instruments.
  • Diagnose and resolve electronic and mechanical system issues.
  • Provide technical training to lab personnel on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Prepare accurate service reports and recommendations.
  • Conduct factory and site acceptance tests.

Customer Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with customers in Singapore and regional markets.
  • Provide responsive technical support via various channels.
  • Address service concerns and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Identify opportunities for service contracts and sales.
  • Participate in customer presentations and joint activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in equipment repair, maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding of electronic circuits, sensors and control systems.
  • Familiarity with analytical instruments.
  • Knowledge of international testing standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel within Singapore and regionally.
