Job Title: Senior Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead our construction projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors on project matters, providing solutions and handling documentation.
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards and contractual requirements.
  • Assist the Project Director with progress claims and reports.
  • Monitor and manage project risks, identifying and mitigating potential issues.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of construction experience, preferably in a senior project management role.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
