We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Business Office. This role manages a wide range of responsibilities, including staff supervision, financial reporting, audits, and ensuring compliance with policies and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, solid financial expertise, and a passion for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Cash & Billing Operations :
Oversee daily cash collections, deposits, patient billings, and refunds with proper controls and accuracy.
Accounts Receivable & Financial Assistance :
Manage outstanding bills, liaise with internal teams, and support financial aid processes for eligible patients.
Donations :
Maintain donor & donation records and submission to IRAS.
Reporting :
Ensure timely submission of financial and statutory reports.
Audit Coorination :
Lead preparations and responses for internal, external, and statutory audits.
Compliance :
Ensure adherence to PDPA and organizational policies.
Records & Projects :
Maintain statutory records and support ad-hoc initiatives and new projects.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and develop staff
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Finance
Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong initiative, analytical and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and multitasking ability
