Job Overview ">

We are seeking a highly skilled Development Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our research team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing clinical assays to advance cancer care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in molecular biology and a proven track record of designing and conducting laboratory experiments to develop new clinical assays. You will be responsible for planning and leading assay validation studies, troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges during assay development, and driving the automation of novel assays.

  • PhD in Molecular Biology, Cancer Biology, Genomics, or related field.
  • Proven track record of quick learning.
  • Strong background in molecular biology, including PCR, RT-PCR, genotyping, and NGS.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the development of clinical assays with significant hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, optimizing, and validating molecular assays.
  • Good understanding of regulatory and quality requirements of clinical diagnostics.
  • Strong self-motivation, resilience, adaptability, and keen interest in learning.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
