What The Role Is Officer is primarily responsible for spearheading the creation and dissemination of the organisation's employer brand narrative across multiple channels to build a compelling image as a top employer. The officer will need to work closely with digital content creators and media partners, strategically leverage media, digital platforms, and creative content to captivate potential candidates' interest, drive engagement, and support the organisation's recruitment objectives. The officer will be pivotal in ensuring the organisation attracts and hires the best talent while growing a strong talent pipeline. The officer will develop and execute strategies to market and advertise a career with SCDF through the organisation's media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Corporate website, , Linked In). What You Will Be Working On A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as communication, marketing, or media. Candidates with a minimum of 2 proven years of experience in a marketing or multimedia-related role will be preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be mobile, network, articulate and market SCDF’s career information and initiatives to various audiences. Proficiency in data analysis through the use of Microsoft Office and other software. Ability to handle multiple projects and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. What We Are Looking For To conduct and manage the full life cycle for SCDF HUS & Civilian publicity and marketing strategy that are aligned with overall organisation recruitment needs/goals, with vendors and creatives. To update and monitor recruitment statistics for proper analysis and planning of advertising and marketing activities. To oversee content creation with digital content publishers and expand the organisation's online recruitment platforms (e.g. Instagram, Corporate website, , Linked In). To ensure timely submission of reports to approving authority to facilitate timely decision making. Engagement of multiple stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
