About Shokz

As the first bone conduction headset manufacturer in China, Shokz pioneered the foray into patented bone conduction technology and has built itself as a world-renowned headphone brand with its signature open-ear design. Utilising numerous patented acoustics and health technologies in areas like bone conduction and other related acoustic technology, Shokz aims to accelerate the development of their True Wireless Stereo ("TWS") series and their bone-conduction hearing aid product line.

Job Description:

We are dedicated to the research and design of physiological signal processing algorithms, leveraging these algorithms to significantly enhance product experiences. Here, you'll collaborate with innovative minds, stay abreast of cutting-edge trends, and conduct groundbreaking algorithmic research tailored to our unique greater health products. Your role will involve exploring genuine user needs, prototyping algorithms, implementing algorithmic solutions, and designing algorithmic applications for our products.

Job Scope:

1. Conduct algorithm research for wearable devices, focusing on physiological signal processing, analysis, feature extraction, and noise reduction, among others. Additionally, research AI algorithms for edge devices, such as pattern recognition and large language model training.

2. Implement algorithms on hardware platforms to enhance functionality, performance, and reliability.

3. Apply algorithms in products to strengthen product competitiveness and user experience.

Job Requirement:

1. Ph.D or Mphil, major in Signal and Information Processing, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Information Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, Intelligent Science and Technology, Data Science, Big Data Technology, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electronic Information, Microelectronics, Electronic Information Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Automation, Electronic Science and Technology, Optoelectronic Information Science and Engineering, or related fields.

2. Dedicated with a passion for exploring the essence of things and striving for technical excellence.

3. Clear logical thinking, adept at hypothesizing, and able to swiftly track the latest global research findings to inspire innovation.

4. Passionate about scientific research and committed to commercializing research outcomes globally, deriving confidence, joy, and rewards from the process.

5. Experience in signal processing, mathematical modeling competitions, or biomedical projects is preferred.
