The Sampling Compounder is responsible for ensuring the timely completion of market sample orders. This includes all activities necessary to support the timely completion of the orders.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure sampling lab activities are carried out in accordance with the required EHS directives.
  • Compound ingredients in the correct proportions according to the system formulas.
  • Perform routine activities such as material inventory count, material replenishment, vessel cleaning, and machine maintenance to maximize operational uptime.
  • Manage robot operation to ensure timely completion of robot sub-mixes for on-time delivery to customers.
  • Optimize robot pours to support Sampling Lab, Creation Lab, and Production.
  • Ensure optimal robot performance through preventive maintenance, material stock management, and troubleshooting.
  • Carry out all compounding activities and robot operations according to approved procedures.
  • Ensure tasks are completed correctly the first time.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities or initiatives.
  • Maintain quality system compliance.
  • Support site activities according to accreditation standards such as ISO 9001, GMP, and Halal.

Requirements:

  • GCE "O" Level or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9000 is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of ERP software like SAP is an advantage.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Good collaborative attitude.
  • Ability to work shifts.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Ability to handle laboratory instruments and equipment.
