Contract Bank Executive, Consumer Credit Cards at Rafflesplace, up to $3300

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for credit and debit cards from launch to fulfilment
- Plan and execute a robust communication plan for the card customer base such as engagement calendar of events and activities
- Work with marketing agencies to develop campaign collaterals such as EDMs, Push Notifications and social media assets
- Attend to customer queries across the portfolios in a professional manner
- Liaise with various internal stakeholders to secure clearance and data to achieve marketing goals.
- Manage stationary inventory and track accrual of expenses and invoices for various portfolios including fee waivers, tactical promotions, reward allocation etc.
- Involvement in projects to enhance and improve customer experience and touch points
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Period:
- 1 year contract renewable, subject to performance
Location:
- Raffles Place
Working Hours:
- 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
Salary:
- Up to $3,300
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree Holder finance, marketing or related-fields preferred
- Understanding of Singapore cards market
- Strong communication skills, able to map out process in a structured manner, and ability to multitask
- Proficient in excel and PowerPoint (comfortable with using vlookup and pivot tables)
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage internal stakeholders
- High level of energy, strong coordination and campaign management skills
- Detail oriented, result driven and good team player
- Self-starter who is proactive and takes initiative
- Ability to work to deadlines and multi-task
- Tenacious, resourceful and eager to learn
