PROJECT MANAGER (Integrated Digital Delivery)Employment Type: Full‐time Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead our Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the implementation of digital technologies and processes to enhance project delivery, efficiency, and collaboration across our projects in the built environment sector. You will be a key player in our digital transformation journey, ensuring seamless integration of digital workflows from design to construction and facility management. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the successful implementation of the IDD strategy and framework across multiple projects. Develop and execute Project Digital Execution Plans, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets. Champion the use of Building Information Modelling (BIM), Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), and other digital tools to optimize project outcomes. Facilitate collaboration and communication between all project stakeholders through a common data environment (CDE). Oversee the entire digital delivery lifecycle, from pre‐construction planning and design coordination to construction sequencing and digital handover. Manage project data, ensuring its integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for all team members. Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital project delivery. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IDD implementation. Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in IDD. Required Qualifications Tier 2 Digital Delivery Management (DDM) Accreditation from building SMART Singapore or equivalent certification. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience implementing Integrated Digital Delivery for project delivery within the built environment. Proven track record of managing and delivering projects using BIM and other digital construction technologies. Strong understanding of the entire project lifecycle in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills. Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Experience with BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D and CDE platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bentley ProjectWise. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of projects from conception to completion, including pre-project planning, design and construction management, and ensuring a smooth transition through the defects liability period. Key Responsibilities Define project objectives and develop a comprehensive project scope. Prepare and manage the project workflow and timeline. Lead the process of securing project funding and approvals. Ensure the timely completion of upfront planning studies and advanced engineering works. Collaborate with the project team to develop and present the initial concept design. Manage the tender preparation and procurement of project consultants. Design and Construction Stage I: Preliminary Design Manage project consultants to deliver the Preliminary Design within the timeline. Review and provide value‐added input on timelines and cost estimates. Resolve technical, design, and construction issues with project consultants. Liaise with authorities and stakeholders for approvals. Lead the project team in presenting the preliminary design. Manage tender calls, evaluation, and recommendations. Oversee project funding throughout the lifecycle. Continuously review and manage the project timeline and scope. Stage II: Detailed Design, Tender Documentation, and Evaluation Oversee consultants in timely delivery of Detailed Design. Review and provide value‐added input on timelines and cost estimates. Identify potential issues and provide solutions. Ensure all approvals from authorities and stakeholders. Lead risk management sessions and establish a Risk Management Plan. Lead the tender process and recommend contractors. Initiate and manage all pre‐construction activities. Stage III: Supervision and Contract Administration Manage consultants and contractors to ensure timely completion. Ensure pre‐construction reviews such as Value Engineering and Design for Safety Reviews. Control all change requests and scope variations. Direct corrective actions for design errors, delays, and manpower shortages. Monitor regulatory approvals before works commence. Attend site progress meetings and conduct safety and quality inspections. Review construction progress, methods, and approval status. Assess extensions of time and variation orders. Facilitate internal and external audits. Defects Liability Period (DLP)Ensure submission and documentation of as‐built drawings, operation manuals, guarantees, warranties. Monitor completion of outstanding work. Confirm satisfactory completion of defect rectification. Prepare Lessons Learned and Post Implementation Report. Facilitate project audits during this period. Assist in settlement of contractual or commercial disputes. Required Qualifications For Infrastructure Projects: Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) or equivalent accreditation. For Building Projects: Degree in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Building Science or Quantity Surveying, recognized by professional bodies. At least 5 years of practical experience managing building (e.g., new building, R&R and A&A projects) or infrastructure (road, drain, sewers, services diversion) projects with contract value of $5 million and above. Familiarity with PSSCOC. At least 2 years of relevant experience or involvement in Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD). Strong ability to organise, manage and motivate a project team; good judgement in project management and construction matters; knowledge of the construction contract.
