Job Title: Lead Show Coordinator

Job Description:

The Lead Show Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the entire show production process.

This includes arranging the show list, scheduling rehearsals and auditions, selecting performers, and identifying areas for improvement to optimize efficiency in allocating performing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the producer to arrange performer schedules and make adjustments as needed.
  • Represent the performing artists at management meetings.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth operation and high-quality performance standards.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

You should have experience in event coordination or a related field and be familiar with show production processes.
