Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.

The Customer Experience Specialist will play a vital role in handling incoming calls, greeting and assisting walk-in visitors, dispatching technicians, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining accurate service records, and preparing operational reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, assess caller needs, and route them to the appropriate contact.
  • Greet and assist walk-in visitors as the primary front-desk contact.
  • Dispatch technicians for inspections and maintenance based on urgency and location.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Maintain precise service records, logs, and documentation up to date.
  • Prepare and manage operational reports and service documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum O Level qualification
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service role
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
